How to Enter:
No purchase necessary. This challenge begins on 9/1/26 at midnight Eastern Time and ends on 9/30/26 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
Follow the following steps to begin your entry:
- Login to your CIRTA membership via mobile app or desktop/mobile site (us).
- Click on the “Log Your Commute” feature in the app or website and complete the necessary fields.
- Log your commute each day during the Entry Period. Only one entry per person per day.
- The more days you log in May, the more entries into the drawing you get
Eligibility:
18 years of age or older at the time of entry and enrolled as a member of CIRTA. Online entrants must have Internet access as of Tuesday, September 1, 2026. Must live or work in one of CIRTA’s eligible counties including Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Morgan and Shelby counties. Employees and their immediate families, including household members, of Central Indiana Regional Transportation Authority (CIRTA), IndyGo, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible.
Conditions of Entry:
You must be the registered CIRTA member of the member account by which the entry is made prior to Tuesday, September 1, 2026. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. All entries become the property of CIRTA. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. By entering this challenge, you consent to CIRTA’s use of your name and image for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Neither CIRTA, nor its respective advertising and promotion agencies, or any telephone network or service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries.
Prize:
Grand Prize: One (1) $500 Visa Gift Card. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received as well as the number of days you participate. Any federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitution, cash substitution, or assignment or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by CIRTA for reason of unavailability in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. All prizes will be awarded.
Drawing:
The prize winners will be determined in October 2026 by a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the end of the Entry Period (9/30/26). The winner will be notified by telephone and email, if provided. The winner will be required to pick up and sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release, and return it properly executed within 7 days of attempted notification as a condition of awarding the prize. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or the winner fails to return the affidavits and release as specified, the winner will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be selected. CIRTA is not responsible for technical, telephone, hardware, or software malfunction, lost, interrupted, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, including the inaccurate or incorrect capture of online entry information, or any other errors of any kind, however caused, that may occur in the processing of the entries in this challenge. If, in CIRTA’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with or alteration of any portion of the challenge, or if any technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the challenge, CIRTA reserves the right to terminate the challenge or void any or all electronic entries. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the challenge judges in writing if the entrant changes his/her email address after entering the challenge. (To do so email: Jgebhard@cirta.us) In case of dispute as to the identity of a winner who entered online, such entry will be declared made by the registered user of the email account, and if a prize is won, and such registered user is a valid entrant, the prize will be awarded to such registered user. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this challenge is unlawful and subject to legal action by CIRTA or its agents.
General:
The sponsor of this challenge is the Central Indiana Regional Transportation Authority (CIRTA) This challenge is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited by law. The winner agrees that CIRTA, its affiliates and their agencies and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. CIRTA reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner. U.S. law governs this challenge.
